PARIHAKA ROAD BOARD. ■VT OTICE is hereby given that this Board, at a Special Meeting to be held on MONDAY, November 2Gtb, proposes to pass the following Special Order;— That, to secure the repayment of a loan of £IBOO, raised under “ The Government Loans to Local Bodies Act.lßßG,” for the purpose of forming and metalling the Kabul East Road from the South Road to a point 10 chains along the frontage of Section 4, Block XV, Cape Survey District, and also to fall and stump the said road from the end of present falling to the Forest Reserve, a Special Rate of 4Ad in the £be made and levied over the following lands, viz.: Sub-sections 1, 2,8, 4,5, of Section 118 ; Sub-sections 1,2, of Section 123 and Section 121, Block I; and Sections 18, 19, 20, 28, 24, 25, 26, BG, 87, 88, 89, 40, 41, Block 11, and Sections 8,4, 5,7, Block 111, Opunake Survey District ; and Sections 1,2, 8, 4,5, 18, 19, 20, 21, 17, 28, 24, 25, 2G, 27, Block XIV; and Sections 4,5, Block XV, Cape Survey District; and all iho unoccupied lands abutting on cither side of the Kaliui East Road between the South Road and the Forest Reserve. Such rate to be an annually recurring rate for 26 years, and shall be payable in one instalment at the office of the Board, Rahotu, on the Ist January in each year. E.
