NOTICE is hereby given that this Board proposes:— 1. To form and metal the Kahui East Road from the South Road to a point 10 chains along the frontage of Section ■ 4, Block XV., Cape Survey District, and also to fall and stump the said road from'the end of present falling to the Forest Reserve. 2. To borrow for such purpose the sum of £IBOO under 44 The Government Loans to Local Bodies Act 1886,” to pay out of such loan the cost of raising it. 8.
