" Observer " writes re a claim made upon the Council for £8 for rent of a piece of land with 554 yds of stone stocked on it at Rahotti, and he considers the claim monstrous. There are other reflections and deductions contained in the letter which we consider outside our province to deal w-th and therefore omit.
