GON TACT ON FRONTIER REPORT FROM BERLIN (News by Cable.) LONDON, Oct. 23. Tho German wireless to-day announced that Herr Hitler, General Franco, Herr von Ribbentrop and Senor Suner had arrived on the F’rench-Soanish frontier. Tho Lisbon correspondent of the Associated Press of Great Britain says that General Franco and Hen Hitler are believed to be conferring at San Sebastian to-night.
