JAPANESE FORCES INDO-CHINA DRIVE (News by Cable.) CHUNGKING, Oct. 2. The Japanese forces which entered Indo-Ohina overland from China and from the sea at Haiphong are at present advancing in a scissors movement directly towards Hanoi.
