An adjourned ordinary meeting of the Board was held on same day at 11.30. Mr J. O'Halloran ( chairman ) and all members were present at both meetings. ■ • • The Boards JEngineer reported that , no change had taken place at Brown's Eoc"k,£ither m nthe volumne of the "water' or the direction of the stream for three years.- :•••. ■■ .: .. . On Friday the 14th inst Mr Gordon Chief Mining Engineer with the Board and Engineer, visited Browns Bock and found matters exactly the same as regards volumne and ' trend of stream as when Mr Gordon recbrnrriended ; the intake. Eesolved that tenders be called for alterations and repairs to the Orange Hall which has lately, been purchased for the purpose of using as the Board's office. • That tenders be invited for the necessary fencing from Brown's Rock to the River Eyre and also tenders for excavating the Main channel of Brown's Eock Race. . After discussing and transacting routine business the meeting terminated.
