i OXFORD ROAD BOARD. "VTOTICE is hereby given that it is the JM intention of tbe Oxford Road Board, at a meeting to be held on Wednesday JULY 4th 1894 to MAKE and LEVY the following RATES. Under the Provisions of " The Road Board ACT, 1882"', : l "'The RA.TING ACT 1882" and all Amendments to the above ACTS. To MAKE and LEVY a General Rate of THREE FARTHINGS (f)d in the £ on all the Rateable Property in the Oxford Road District . Also under the Provisions of "The Road Board ACT 1882, Amendment ACT 1888" and "Tbe Rating Act 1882" aud amendments thereto, to MAKE and LEVY at Water-Rate of EIGHT PENCE 8d in the £ (on the annual value) on all the Rateable Property in the View Hill Water-Race District, the mimimum RATE to be not less than TEN SHILLINGS per annum. Also under the Provisions of tbe above mentioned ACTS and the provisions of the Eyre Water-Race ByLaws to MAKE and LEVY a WaterRate of Three half Pence l£d per acre on all land benefited in tbe Eyre WaterRace District.
