OBITURY.

We are grieved to record the death of Mrs Elizabeth Grey Dobson, which took place at Petshanger, Rangiora, on Monday evening last. The deceased lady, who was an old colonist, having landed in Lyttelton in 1860, was well known having resided with her husband Mr John Dibson, aud family for many years in Oxford and the Cust. She had been ailing for some two years, but had previously enjoyed remarkably good health. The late Mrs Dobson always took great interest in ail matters relating to the Church of England, of which body she was a member. Her kindness to her many friends will be remembered by all those who knew her intimately, and who will, we feel sure sympathise with her husband and family. The deceased lady was fiftyseven years of age, arid leaves three grown up sons to mourn her loss.
