NEEDLEWORK.

Renewing Wickerwork. — Wicker chairs and tables, when grown shabby, renew their youth most effectively by being painted over with red enamel paint. Old perambulators often need some such renovation too, I think. It always seems to make so little of a baby to send him out m a shabby old carriage which has done duty for his fore-runners. A gay cover and rug, with cushions to match, are further improvements, which any tasteful' and industrious mother can soon accomplish with her own hands, as well as the painting of the wickerwork.
