Instructions as to the insertion or withdrawal ot advertisements in the Gazette must be in writing Advertisements received without such instructions will be inserted until countermanded, and charged accordingly. Advertisements inserted by the month or quarter, and withdrawn at any tune before the expiry of a monthly or quarterly period, are charged for as in sert ed for the fullf term. Alterations ior standing advertisements. should be handed in by 12 noon the day before they are required to appear. Notice to withdraw advertisements must he given in writing. Advertisers in the country caii remit payment by money orders or postage stamps. For the conveiennce of advertisers replies to advertisements may be sent to the Gazette Publishing Office ; but the proprietor does not accept any responsi bihty in this respect. While every care is exercised in re gard to the due insertion of advertisements, the proprietor does not hold himself responsible for the non-insertion through accident or from other causes ; and the proprietor reserves to himself the right oi omitting advertisements that he may deem objectionable, even although such advertisements may have been -received and paid for in the usual course of business All literary communications should be addressed to the editor, and all communications relating to matters oi business to the proprietor.
