SUBMARINE FLOTILLA FOR
HONG KONG

The Pall Mall Gazette says that early in 1911 a flotilla of submarines will leave for Hong Kong, where it will be permanently stationed. This is the first step towards the distribution of the naval basis abroad.
The next will probably be Gibraltar,
