Paris, February. 2r. A dispute between an attache of the Spanish Embassy in London and a Paris manufacturer, owing to the former smoking in a non-smoking railway compartment, led to a fieice duel with swords in Paris. In all 20 bouts were fought, the duel lasting for over an hour, the diplomat being wounded four times.
