Proposed term of license : 42 years. Length and intended course of race : The length of such extension of race is 40 chains or thereabouts, and its intended course is along the southern bank of tlie Ohinomuri River. Estimate time and cost of construction: One year; £2,500. ■ , Mean depth and breadth : Watjsr to be conveyed .through- pipes similar: to. those already in. use in constructed race. .
