Stewart addressed the Waihi electors in the school room on Thursday evening last. Applause was frequent, and at the conclusion of the address a vote of thanks was carried by acclamation. Mr De Bakker addressed a crowded meeting in Ryan's Hall on Saturday evoning, and was accorded a good hearing. On the. motion of Mr Ryan the candidate was accorded a harty vote-of thanks.
