All protests, disputes, etc., to be decided by the Protest Committee ; and protests to be lodged within 15 minutes after the race, accompanied with fee of 10X the fume to be forfeited if protest deemed frivolous. 8. All events to be started strictly to time, as per race card. Nominations close with the Secretary, Piicroa, on WEDNESDAY, 10th May. Handicaps appear about 13th May.
