On next Thursday, December 6, will be held the last Warden's Court before the Christinas vacation. Attention is drawn to tke forthcoming sales by auction next week at Paeroa. On Thursdry, the Kith inst., a clearing auction sale of that well known property, Sergeant's Paoroa Coffiee Palace, formerly known as Eeefton Boarding House, will be held on the premises, which are splondidly situated in the best part of Paeroa. This will afford an excellent opportunity to procure a well established business, and as the holiday season is advancing the purchaser will obtain possession at the best time of the year. Following the sale of the land and buildings, tne auctioneers (Messrs Mackay and Pratt will submit the whole of the furniture and effects of about 20 rooms, and all the items are in first class order, On Saturday, Dec. 18, the horses and plant in the i;.s.s:.siK';l estate of Mr J.
