Criterion Theatre, PAEROA. rPHE undersigned having leased the X Theatre, with all its scenery and appurtenances from Messrs Cassrels and Bennett, is now prepared to negotiate with Theatrical, Concert and other Companies for the use thereof. As the Theatre has only been a few months erected, all the fittings are up to date; there is a handsomely-fitted Dress Circle; the Pit is convenient and comfortable; and the Stalls are equal to any theatre in Auckland or elsewhere! The seating capacity ©f the Theatre is about 600. The vomitories open outwards to the street and side entrances, and every precaution has been taken for the convenience and safety of the public. The lighting is good! The dressing rooms are ample and convenient, and the out offices are suitably placed. " „.
