THE MONTH'S RETTJBN:
During tha last four weeks, 350 tons of quartz were treated at the Hauraki Gold Mining Company's mine, for the fine return.of 20300z 16dwt of melted gold, which, valued at the usual rate of £3 pei* ounce, gives a value of £6110 Bs, the- average per ton being soz 16dwt 12 3-sth gr. Last month, 300 tons were treated for 21210z 19dwt, \ ALL NATIONS SYNDICATE (Te* : .■ Aroha). . This claim has been under offer in London for some time past. ,On Saturday the syndicate received a cablegram ; that the negotiations have terminated very satisfactorily. It is expected all details will b'j completed in about a week We understand that a .company is to. be formed of £120,000 capital, in 120,000 shares ' of £1 each; £20,000 to be expended in developing the mine ; the present owners to receive £1,750 cash and 35,000 sliaros paid up to £l each.
