OHINEMURI COUNTY COUNCIL.

The annual meeting of the Ohineimuri County Council will be (held at the Council Chambers on 'Wednesday, November 23rd, at noon, for the <-election of Chairman. Prior to this, at 11 o'clock, a special meeting of the Council will be held to consider the following propositions to be moved by the-Chairman:— 1. .That application be made forth' with.to the Colonial Treasurer for a ' Special Loan under ~" The Local Bodies Loans' Act, 1586." and " The Government Loans to Local Bodies' Act,' 1886,"' and the several amend, mentef of the said Acts for the sum of £6000 to carry out the following Public Works for the benefit of the Paeroa, Waitekauri, and Karangahake Ridings of the County, of Ohine. muri:— £ .* d .Paeroa to Waihi, ■ forming and metalling main road 4000 O 0 form'- ' ing and metalling main 1 road .« ' ..'SOO 0 € Paeroa to Te Aroha, forming and metalling main road .; .. ». 100 0 0 <Road to Waitekauri and .New^Find, cutting and 1 * .. That the repayment of the Loan and Interest be half yearly,- extending - over a period of. 26 year 3as provided 'by Section 12 of "The^Government -Loins feo LocaPßodies' Act,'lßß!l." 3.
