At the Warden's Coart yesterday the application of Malcolm Fleming for the forfeiture of the Adeline Company's special claim at Karanga. thake, came on for 'hearingMr Purohas appeared for the com. ipiainant, -who gare evidence to the ■effect that the property had not been iproperly manned for some month spast, the ground being worked by iws tributers, Trecise «od party, only. His Worship pointed oat that his ex. perieuce had tavgfct him that special •claims in that locality should only be granted under special circumstances.
