KATIKATI RACES.
The annual Kalikati race meeting^ was held on Thursday last, the weather being all that could be desired, . and the attendance first-class. Mr W. J. Gray, officiated as Judge, and Mr W. V. Tuthill as Starter. Messrs Da'zell, Middleb'ook and rf. McDonnell being "Olerk of Scales, Cleric of Course and Treasurer respec ively. Mr John Brown made a record as Hon. Sec, and the whole proceedings passed off without a hitch.
