French Committee Opposed To Resumption
NZPA—Copyright Rec. 7 p.m. PARIS, Dec. 21. The French National Assembly Foreign Affairs Committee today decided by 21 to 20 votes to advise the Government not to resume diplomatic relations with Spain. The vote was on a Communist motion, but the Socialists took the lead in fighting against an exchange of ambassadors. The French Socialists recently gsked British Socialists to prevent the British Government from renewing relations with Spain.
