BISHOP OF WELLINGTON
PA WELLINGTON, Dec. 20. “ The greatest need of the world today is a return to worship, and Christmas is the time to start,” said the Bishop of Wellington, the Right Rev. R. H. Owen, in a Christmas message released today. “The world today is full of suspicions and Quarrels. Many people have given up hope that these suspicions - and this bitterness can be allayed and so the free nations have set their hands to the grun but necessary task of rearming to defend. ix need be, their way of life. “The only hope is the c oming into the world of a new spirit of goodwill. That is the Christmas spirit and it comes from worshipping the Child ot Bethlehem. It is worship that creates goodwill and it is worship that sus tains it. In offering to the Child of Bethlehem our worship we follow in the footsteps of the wise and the simple all through the centuries, and the result is goodwill toward the world and happiness in our own hearts.
