Former Master Of Mill Hill NZPA—Copyright Rec. 9.50 p.m. ADELAIDE, Dec. /. The State Full Court today returned his certificate to Captain Morris Henry Church, former master of the British freighter Mill Hill. Captain Churcn had appealed against the suspension of his certificate on September 22 after a court of marine inquiry into the abandonment of the ship with a neavv list in the Great Australian Bight, and its subsequent towage to Port Lincoln The court today allowed the appeal and set aside the suspension, but ordered the captain’s censure. The Mill Hill was carrying pig iron from Whyalla for New Zealand when her cargo shifted.
