NEW ISSUE OF SHARES
Ross And Glendining, Ltd. Ross and Glendining, Ltd., is offering to shareholders listed on October 10, a total of 356.250 ordinary shares of £1 each at a premium of 15s a share in the proportion of three for every five shares held. Fractions are disregarded. The terms of payments are 15s on application, 10s on February 28 and 10s on May 31. The new issue will raise the company’s issued capital to £950.000. Applications close on November 30.
