About £I7OO was collected by the Dunedin Branch of the Plunket Society which held a street dav yesterday. The secretary of the society. Miss B. Young, said last night that further donations city firms had been promised but had not yet come to ha A Young said the street day committee was grateful for the support the public had given. It was also appreciative of the aid given by the many friends of the society who assisted in the collection of the money.
