Yearling Steers At High Prices PA MASTERTON, Oct. 6. Stated by the Wairarapa Stock and Station Agents’ Association to be the highest price for yearling steers ever realised in New Zealand, a pen at the Martinborough cattle fair yesterday realised £l7 7s. Offered on account of the estate of Mr James Mackenzie, Pigeon Bush, this pen of yearling steers is reported to have been “ nicely bred and very well grown.” Other good yearling steers made from £ls to £l6.
