Mr Justice Hutchison will arrive in Dunedin on Thursday, October 19, to hear a case of the Attorney-general against the Peninsula County Council on October 20. His Honor will then travel to Invercargill on October 23 to commence the hearing of a special jury case on October 24. He will return to Dunedin at the end of the week to preside over the quarterly sittings of the Supreme Court, which commence on October 31. At the conclusion of the jury sessions he will go to Invercargill for the quarterly sessions there on November 14. After the Invercargill sittings His Honor will return to Dunedin.
