SCHOOL ACCOMMODATION
Duty Of Education Boards PA WELLINGTON. Oct. 5. No oublic school would take children under school age, but the day a child turned five it should be admitted and the onus was on the board to provide accommodation, said the secretary of the Wellington Education Board. Mr W. I. Deavoll. Mr Deavoll was referring to a report that the committee of the Blenheim Borough School had decided that no more five-vear-olds should be admitted because the school was overcrowded.
