The Government motor vessel Wairua arrived at Port Chalmers from Bluff yesterday morning for her annual survey in the small dock. At the moment she is berthed at the sheerlegs, waiting until the waterfront dispute is settled before she enters the dock. Today the tanker Stanvac Manila is expected from Abadan, via Wellington, to discharge fuel for the Vacuum Oil Company. She is due to sail on Saturday.
