Debate Expected To End Next Tuesday

Parliamentary Reporter WELLINGTON, Sept. 19. The Financial debate, which has now extended over 12 sittings, Is expected to finish in the House of Representatives on Tuesday night of next week with speeches by the Leader of the Opposition, Mr Fraser, and the Prime Minister, Mr Holland. The latter will reply to the debate in his capacity as Minister of Finance. The debate will be side-tracked on Friday to enable! the House to discuss the Local Elections and Polls Amendment Bill, which provides for Saturday polling in local bo'dy elections.
