OTAGO CINE CLUB

Centennial Cup Competition

The Otago Cine Photographic Club s meeting on Monday evening was presided over by Mr J. B. Thomson, who announced the result of the club's Centennial Cup competition, which was open to competitors from all parts of New Zealand. The results were*. —Mr C. W. Hawkins (Auckland), " Call of the Mountains,” 85 points, 1; Mr S. W. Cleland (Dunedin), “Potter’s Art,” 82 points, 2; Mr W. P. C. Clifford (Dunedin), “A Dying Art,” 3. Messrs G. S. Currie and F. W. Lambert presented a varied programme comprising entries in the competition. At the conclusion of the programme Mr Thomson expressed the thanks of the club to the judges. Dr John Ritchie, and Messrs J. Welsh and E. R. Bartlett.
