MATCH IN DUNEDIN

PA CHRISTCHURCH, July 20. The MCC team which will play.inAustralia next season will play two tests and- two matches against major; associations in New Zealand " next March. . This was announced this evening by the chairman of the Management Committee of the New Zealand Cricket Council, Mr D. A. ColviUe, in his report to the half-yearly meeting of delegates. The itinerary will be as follows:—• March 4, the MCC team arrives in Auckland: : March 6,7, B—MCC8 —MCC v. Auckland, at Auckland; March 10, 12, 13—MCC! v. Otago, at Dunedin; March 17. 19. 20, 21—MCC v. New Zealand, at Christchurch; March 24, 26, 27,- 28— MCC v. New Zealand, at Wellington; March 30. the MCC team leaves Auckland for Sydney. In reply to Mr L. B. Schnauer (Auckland), Mr Colville said it had been found impossible to give Auckland a test match or a week-end fixture.
