Canterbury Centennial Tournament THREE TEAMS CHOSEN Owing to ground conditions, all men’s hockey competitor matches were postponed, but a series of representative trial matches were played at Logan Park. Conditions did not allow the players to give of their best, but some bright hockey was seen. At the conclusion of the trials the selectors announced the following teams to represent Otago at the Canterbury centennial tournament, which will be held at Christchurch from August 28 to September 2: — A Team.—W.
