Mr Bishop Elected Upper House Speaker
PA WELLINGTON. July 4. Mr T. O. Bishop was elected this afternoon as Speaker of the Legislative Council after a ballot, the other nominee being Mr David Wilson, who was Leader of the Council for several yean.
