Question In Legislative Council PA WELLINGTON, July 4, One of the few occasions upon which a “question” is asked in the Legislative Council occurred this afternoon' when Dr J. A. Hanan sought * through) the Prime Minister an answer whether it was the Government’s intention to bring down legislation providing for a written constitution for New Zealand and if so if it would be referred by way of referendum to the people for approval.
