SOVIET’S ATTITUDE
NEW YORK, May 14.
Speaking from his train at Madison, Wisconsin, President Truman accused Russia of doing everything she could short of war to prevent world cooperation. He said the Soviet attitude made it imperative for the free nations to band together to preserve freeoom and increase their prosperity.
