RATI ENTS' AND PRISONERS' AID
Sir,—We are grateful to the many friends who keep us supplied, •' with literature for. the various institutions in which we are interested. There are. those who place magazines and books in the box seat at the Tourist ■ Office for Seacliff Hospital, which we clear and deliver regularly. Others leave- them at our office for us to sort out at our discretion. and we are always willing to call and collect for the convenience of those who care to notify us. Your readers should know that the work to which the public called us so many years ago (1877) is still being carried on through its loyal support. . , At the present time we have had a request for a gramophone for work among backward children and also suitable records, such as nursery rhymes, etc. We should be glad to hear from anyone who may have a used machine they would care to donate for this purpose, or records for which they have no further use.—l am. etc., Alex. Steven. Agent and Chaplain. Patients and Prisoners’ Aid, Society. i 42 Rattray street. C.l.
