CAPPING CELEBRATIONS
Sir, —I would like to thank the citizens of Dunedin for their generosity, co-opera-tion and tolerance during the capping celebrations just completed. The cordial relationships existing between town and gown were never so noticeable as during Capping, 1950, and it is hoped that these relationships will continue in the future. — I am, etc., Peter Macpherson, Capping Controller, Otago University Students’ Association.
