Insurance And Mortgage Shares COLONIAL SUGARS FIRM National Insurance and National Mortgage A shares held their recent gains when they were again traded on the share market yesterday, and the demand for both investments kept buyers forward at the close of business. After reported business G. J. Coles sold a penny cheaper at 25s Bd, and were closely quoted at the finish, but the Woolworth issues were neither competitively sought nor offered, and closed wide. Kaitangata Coals, in better demand, encouraged a higher ofTer. Colonial Sugars, in obedience to the Australian trend, firmed to reported business at £63 5s per £2O share and closed with £1 separating buyer and seller at £63 and £64 respectively.
