PETITION IN BANKRUPTCY
Thomas Pitts, an accountant, of Dunedin, was adjudged a bankrupt, by Mr Justice Kennedy at a sitting of the Supreme Court yesterday morning. Mr I. B. Stevenson, instructed by Raymond, Raymond and Tweedie (Timaru), appeared in support of the petition, the petitioners being Arthur Bryce Stoddart and William John Mitchell.
