Paid-up Capital To Be Increased PA WELLINGTON, Mar. 22. Directors of Claude Neon Industries have resolved to increase the paid-up capital of the company from £365,305 to £487,074 by the issue of 121,769 new ordinary shares of £1 each. They are to be offered to shareholders at par in the proportion of one new share for every three shares held at April 30. The books will be closed from May 1 to 8, inclusive, to determine the number of shares to be offered to each shareholder. The new shares will participate for dividends declared in respect of any period on or after July 1. Applications close June 16. The full amount of £1 a share will be payable on application.
