A Labour Member Resigns From The House Of Commons
NZPA—Copyright LONDON, Mar. 20. The Labour Party announced today the resignation from the House of Commons of Colonel H. H. Morris, Labour member for Sheffield Central. His general election majority was 19,000.,
The party added that at the byelection, which will probably take place before Easter, the prospective Labour candidate would be the Solicitor-general, Sir Frank Soskice, who was defeated in the general election. \
