CLERGY PROTESTS
Mixed Marriages Act South African Minister Surrenders Licence CAPE TOWN, Mar. 20. Fisher, who is a brother of the Archbishop of Canterbury, has described the Act as “utterly stupid and unworkable.” A recent Government directive gave Anglican priests permission to return their marriage officer papers if they found " their position untenable or their ministry impeded”
