The appointment of Mr E. R. Neale, M.P. for Nelson, as a parliamentary Under-secretary to the Minister in Charge of Land and Income Tax, Mr Bowden, was announced by Mr Holland today. Mr Holland added that some improvements were envisaged in the income tax system, and a great amount of additional work was involved, making it essential that the Minister should have some assistance.
