Lieutenant-colonel Duncan arrived in New Zealand to take up his post as general secretary in December of , last year. He has spent the last 30
years as a Salvation Army officer in Australia. For the six years prior to his new appointment he was field secretary of the Queensland and New South Wales territories, which contained 200 centres. Mrs Duncan will be in charge of women’s work in the Dominion —the Home League.
