MAN CHARGED WITH FALSE PRETENCES REMAND GRANTED A rabbiter, whose name was ordered to be suppressed, appeared before Mr J. G. Warrington, S.M., in the Dunedin Police Court yesterday on a charge of obtaining 16s 6d under false pretences.
