INCIDENTS IN GERMAN CITIES NZPA—Reuter—Copyright BERLIN, Jan. 30. Small tin swastikas were scattered in Hamburg’s streets early today from a car driven through the city at a high speed, with its licence plates covered with snow, says the Associated Press correspondent.. Similar incidents were reported from Dortmund, Hagen, and other Ruhr cities. Monday was a holiday under the Nazi regime to celebrate the official proclamation of Hitler as Reich Chancellor in 1933.
