SUPPORTERS’ CLUB

NEW BODY FORMED In response to hundreds of requests, Including some from as far afield as Palmerston, Milton and Otakou, it has been decided to form a. Speedway Supporters' Club in Dunedin. In BntMn where these clubs have been functioning for some years, member* -bins of several thousands are common ana speedway supporters wear scarves, sweaters and badges in support of their home teams. Such clubs provide members with an opportunity to meet riders and officials and from time to time dances and outings are held in addition to the ordinary meetings.
