The new “Ocean Terminal” at Southampton, is now nearing completion and will provide final link in the “under cover all the way” journey from London to New York. The terminal is under the direction of Cunard-White Star and British Railways and provides covered access direct from boat trains to ship. Information centres, telephones, and every convenience to help the traveller leaving or entering England are installed in the building.
